Know what to post on X to get signups, not likes.

A daily brief for solo founders building in public on X. Every post it writes aims at the stranger who has the problem you solve, not the builders who tap like.

One email when it opens. Nothing else.

An example of what it writes.

Example post360 characters

Nobody clicks your link because they liked your post. They click because they felt the problem you named. I spent a year optimising for likes. Great numbers, zero signups. Turns out the founders tapping ❤️ aren't your customers. They're your competitors being polite. Now I wri

te every post for the one stranger who has the problem, not the room that claps.

This post is 360 characters. X shows roughly the first 280 before hiding the rest behind a more link, so 80 characters sit below the fold.

How it works

It starts from your product

It asks once for what you are building, who it is for, the one action you want, and how you write. Every post starts from that, not a blank page.

Three notes become one post

You tell it what you shipped, what broke, and any real numbers. It writes one post in your voice, with your hook in the first line, before X cuts the rest.

It checks its own work

It audits every draft against your notes and cuts anything you did not actually say. I would rather it write you a thin post than a convincing false one.

Why trust a tool nobody uses yet

No testimonials, no user counts. It has neither, and I will not invent them.

I'm building this in public, and I'm its first user. Every post on the account is written by it. If it can't write something worth reading about its own bad days, it isn't worth your email.

Read what it writes at @downfunnelapp

Start from your own facts tomorrow.

It opens when it writes well enough that I would post the result under my own name.

Not ready? Read what it writes at @downfunnelapp and decide later.

You're on the list.

I'll email when Downfunnel opens. The email comes from founder@downfunnel.app. I send it by hand, so it won't be instant.
